Customer satisfaction is our number one goal at The Dragons Lair, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at ran77nh@comcast.net and we will work with you to rectify the situation, whether it be an exchange, or full refund.

Returns / Refunds / Credits

We generally maintain a 92-96% in stock rate at most times. Even with our best efforts, there are times when certain items are out of stock. In the event of an out of stock item, you will be notified as to a due date when available.
We do not 'back order' out of stock merchandise. If an item is out of stock, you will need to re-order that item at a later date.

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Check, or Money Order. Credit cards processed through Paypal.com (Paypal account not required)
No COD's. No exceptions.
Credit and debit cards are process through PAYPAL
ALL personal and company checks will be held until the check has cleared the bank.
This can take up to 11 business days. A $25 returned check fee will apply to any checks returned.
Orders paid for with money orders or cashiers check will be processed immediately upon receipt.

All checks and money orders must be made out to Randy Houle, whereas I am an independent sales associate.

Method of Payment

All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our warehouses in CA, NH, or SC within 24-48 hours in most cases. Your order may ship from several locations to expedite delivery.
All orders shipped UPS ground, please allow 10-14 days for delivery
Express shipping is available for an additional $25 charge

Shipping

You must be 18 or over to order knives, swords, or daggers.
All prices both on the web site and in printed form are assumed to be accurate, though typographical or other human errors may have occurred. In the event that a typographical
error has been made on price and the actual price is higher than listed, the customer will be informed of the correct price and given the choice of whether to purchase at the correct price
or cancel their selection of the item in question, additional charges will be invoiced, cancelled items will be refunded.
We continually strive to maintain our high standards of quality and reserve the right to update model designs, colors, etc., whenever these changes represent a better value for our customers.
